Aura-Soma Levels 1, 2 &3 are offered for study within the Academy.  

After the course has been completed the student will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the Academy and also from Aura-Soma International Academy Colour Therapeutics in England.

AURA-SOMA LEVEL ONE

(FOUNDATION COURSE)

This course will inspire you to explore the external world of colour and also develop your inner world of colour.

Aim of the course
The aim of the course is to introduce you to the Aura-Soma colour system and give you the opportunity to experience the benefits of the energetic tools that make up this system.

The Equilibrium Bottles
You will learn the language of colour as you are taken on a journey with the brilliant Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottles. They have an immense power and a loving personality, and you will gain a personal appreciation of them by:
· Selecting bottles daily throughout the course
· Having your bottles interpreted by other students
· Receiving support, guidance and information from your teacher.

Your bottle selection will reveal so much about you and unlock many mysteries. Why are you attracted to certain colours? What do they mean? How can you make positive use of that knowledge? The answers await you in the course!

The complete range of Equilibrium bottles will be discussed, and you will receive information on their ingredients, the recommended ways that they can be used, the way they work ("sympathetic resonance"), and the way in which they can profoundly affect your life.

Consultation Skills
The Aura-Soma consultation is unique and so incredibly insightful. It is not fortune telling or therapy; rather it focuses on your beauty and giftedness, so that you can have a better appreciation of yourself and who you can become.

By the end of the course, you will have the fundamental skills necessary to conduct a consultation using the bottles. Those skills will enable you to gain a deep insight into:
your potential
· your unique gifts and talents
· the purpose behind your challenges in life
· energies that are influencing your present situation and future development.

These skills will also include a range of subtle interpretive techniques, such as the messages revealed by complementary colours, missing colours, hidden colours, the flow of colours and combined colours. To help you here, you will be given an outline of essential colour theory and the invisible spectrum of light.

Energy Centres ("Chakras")
The whole concept of energy centres will be explored and you will gain an understanding of how energy flows through your physical body and auric field. You will learn how the living vibrational force of colour, essential oils, herbs and crystals can influence and enhance that flow of energy.

Aura-Soma has created a Chakra Set of Equilibrium bottles and many of them are available in a convenient plastic container. These bottles can be used in cases of urgent need, and as a form of meditative discipline. All aspects of the chakra set of bottles will be explained.

Each day during the course the vibrational elegance of the bottles will nourish your energy centres. And you don't have to do anything! This will happen just by you being in the presence of the bottles.

Equilibrium Special Sets
If you want to explore particular themes you can use packages of energy which are available in special sets of Equilibrium bottles. In addition to the Chakra Set above, you will learn about the popular Rescue Set (for a whole host of everyday challenges), the New Aeon Child Set (for children and for overcoming childhood issues), the Master Set (mentioned below) and the unfolding Archangel Set.

Pomanders and Quintessences
The Aura-Soma Pomanders are a powerful fragrant tool to protect your energy centres and auric field. How does that happen? You will learn what the Pomanders are, why and how they work, what circumstances to use them in, how to gain the greatest benefit from them, and how to select them.

You will receive the same depth of information on the Aura-Soma Quintessences and the corresponding Master Set Equilibrium bottles. The Quintessences are finer, more subtle, energetic tools to help you to access your inner guidance and intuition. By using the Quintessences, you can dance with the Angels.

But this is not simply an intellectual learning exercise. Your teacher will invite you to participate in exercises where you can feel and experience the nature and immense power of the energies of the Pomanders and Quintessences.

Other Products
The energy tool kit of Aura-Soma also includes other products, such as the tinctures ("liquid light"), and a comprehensive range of cosmetics. The cosmetics contain some of the energies of the other products and are complementary to them. You will be given information on what they are and the best way to use them.

Becoming an Aura-Soma Practitioner
Completion of the course is the first step to becoming a qualified Aura-Soma practitioner. Once you have completed Levels 1 and 2 and received a Practising Certificate from UK, you will be ready to enjoy the experience of giving consultations to the public and setting up a business as a practitioner.

In the Level 1 course your teacher will explain the regulated structure of the Aura-Soma colour system - the student register, the register of practitioners, the system of practising certificates, etc. The purpose of the structure is to ensure that the highest standards are maintained and that practitioners adopt a professional approach to their work.

During the course you will become familiar with the Aura-Soma philosophy and you will understand the meaning of two important phrases that are at the heart of Aura-Soma:
"Non-intrusive soul therapy"
"You are the colours you choose"

But you are free to attend the course, and all subsequent courses, for your personal benefit. You don't need to have any desire to be a practitioner, and Aura-Soma is delighted if you attend the courses purely for personal interest.

The course is presented in an interesting and interactive format. It often has a profound impact on participants, and they generally can't wait to attend the next level.

The Level 1 Foundation Course qualifies you to begin giving consultations to family and friends.

AURA-SOMA LEVEL 2 

(INTERMEDIATE COURSE)

Aim of the course
The purpose of the Level 2 course is to accelerate your journey of self-discovery with the aid of Aura-Soma. After having completed Level 1, you are ready to travel wider and deeper.

The richness of colours
In Level 1 you were introduced to the language of colours. In level 2, you become more familiar with colours by exploring colour symbology and associations, and you experience the messages that are conveyed by the spectrum of colours. You also learn their meanings at the spiritual, mental, emotional and energetic levels.

This knowledge helps to give you a new dimension of depth and insight into the way that the colours can be interpreted in the Aura-Soma consultation.

The compatibility of Aura-Soma
Aura-Soma stands proudly by itself as a colour system. Yet it also complements other therapies and has incredible links to ancient wisdom systems.

In the course you are introduced to the relationship between Aura-Soma and the enormous wisdom of
· numerology
· astrology
· the law of trinity (including Buddhist metaphysics, Ayurvedic healing, Yogic understanding)
and you don't need to have any prior knowledge of them.

With this incredible information, you will see how the Equilibrium bottles have such a rich personality and character, and how you have access to a wealth of information to help you to understand them and yourself. You also quickly learn to appreciate how Aura-Soma enhances the effectiveness of so many other complementary modalities. The possibilities are truly endless.

Gemstones
Within the main Aura-Soma products are the energies of gems and crystals. How do they get there and what contribution do they make to the energy package of the products? This information will fascinate you and you will also learn how to use the Aura-Soma products to increase the power of crystals and gems

Other places, other times
Many of the bottles have a special link with ancient civilisations and cultures. When you understand that link and the message it contains, the bottles can help you to access the wisdom of those times and places, and overcome challenges that you currently face in your life.

Synergy consultations
When 2 people are together - whether as partners, parent and child, friends, workmates, etc - there is a special dynamic that defines their relationship. That dynamic is exquisitely revealed in a synergy consultation. Here you will learn to interpret 2 people's bottle selections and see how their energies support each other and also their areas of potential challenge.

The synergy consultation is unique to Aura-Soma, and enables 2 people to understand and appreciate themselves better within a relationship, and to work together in mutual harmony and support.

Colour and your environment
You will learn how the colours in your environment affect you - your clothes, at home, at work, etc. Colours influence moods, and can be deliberately used to create a positive environment. Your teacher will show you how the Aura-Soma products can be selectively used to enhance the quality of your life.

And you will experience the delightful technique of colour breathing, where you send and receive particular colours by using your breath. It sounds easy, and it is. Yet it is a very effective way of working with colour as a healing tool.

Public consultations
Now you are ready to give consultations to the public and establish a business as an Aura-Soma practitioner. Your teacher will explain how you can apply for a Practising Certificate from UK.

The Level 2 Intermediate Course qualifies you to begin giving consultations to the public. To attend, you need to have completed the Level 1 Foundation training.

AURA-SOMA  LEVEL 3 

(ADVANCED COURSE)

Aim of the course
The purpose of the Level 3 course is to complete your training as a student of Aura-Soma. As with the previous 2 courses, Level 3 includes your continuous exposure to the wonderful benefits of the Aura-Soma products, and active participation in the course. You also continue to experience the connection between Aura-Soma and other modalities.

Colour and Mind Maps
Mind maps are a fairly recent device to help you to record and remember your thoughts, ideas, and feelings; and to help you to access the wisdom and insight that lies in your subconscious.

You will have fun creating mind maps, using colour and the Aura-Soma energies, and you don't need any artistic skills. This will help you to draw on your creative, right brain, faculties, which are very important in a consultation.

Ancient Mysteries and Aura-Soma
In Level 2 you were introduced to the way that Aura-Soma incorporated the knowledge of various wisdom systems. In Level 3 you will discover how the Kabala and the Tree Of Life have an important role to play in unravelling the meaning of the bottles.

These two areas of study have fascinated people for many centuries. They help us to understand ourselves as spiritual beings and to shatter the illusion that we are somehow separate from a divine force and plan. And yet there is a remarkable link between them and the way the Equilibrium bottles can be arranged - to form a mandala of living energies.

Through this arrangement, you will learn to more deeply understand the journey you have taken in life, and to unlock the keys to your hidden potential. All this is revealed within the context of the bottles you select.

Aura-Soma and Tarot
The tarot has been used for centuries to help people predict the future. Aura-Soma is not a predictive system, but it makes use of the spiritual meaning and symbology of the tarot cards to help you to gain a deeper understanding of your bottle selection.

Each of the tarot cards can be linked to a corresponding Equilibrium bottle, and this correspondence is a rewarding study. Aura-Soma has created its own beautifully presented tarot pack that you can use to give a visual display of the message of the bottles.

Master Sequence
In the previous courses you were introduced to the 14 Quintessences. There are also 14 bottles in the Equilibrium range that represent these 14 energies. They are called "Master bottles" and have a special significance. You will receive guidance on the meaning of these bottles and the way the energy flows between them.

Observer exercise
As in the previous courses, you will have opportunities to give and receive consultations. But on one occasion during Level 3, you will be able to silently watch the process of other students giving and receiving consultations, and they will observe you. This will enable students to share constructive feedback on their consultation technique.

Review
In Level 3 you will have an opportunity to review some of the key principles that were presented in the previous 2 courses. This is a very useful time to gain further clarity and the benefit of your teacher's knowledge and experience.

The Level 3 Advanced Course completes your training. You are now ready to establish your Aura-Soma practice. If you wish to become fully accredited and receive a Level 4 certificate from the Academy, you are required to submit a 10,000 word thesis, working within the guidelines of specific questions and also with the opportunity to explore your particular interest relating to colour and Aura-Soma. You also need to submit evidence of 60 hours of consultations and 40 hours of communication skills (or anatomy and physiology). The Level 4 is also a pre-requisite if you wish to go on to Aura-Soma Teacher Training.
