The main energy with Gemini is the gaining of information, a deep desire to "know why". There is deep development of the rational mind with Gemini, which makes him very talkative, communicative and sociable. He is very quick-minded and curious. However, if this curiosity gets out of control it can become negative as in gossip, creating a restless state of mind which becomes fickle and scattered.

Part of the duality of Gemini is their androgynous. Like quicksilver they interplay and change places with their twin energy. They either flit from one thing to another and become proficient at none, or they have a vast and versatile knowledge about their subject.
